This patient presented with concerns about persistent acne scarring and rough skin texture, particularly along the cheeks, jawline and chin. The acne scars were characterized by post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, leaving dark spots, and some areas of textural irregularities, such as small bumps and uneven skin.
